I went to Dr. John Koniuto at Fyzical in Johnson City for knee pain I had been experiencing when running over the last few months. He diagnosed the problem and started me on a program of exercises to strengthen my IT band, and he used electrical stimulation and cupping to speed my recovery. I ran a half marathon on May 18th and it was the first race I have run with no knee pain in the last few months.
