I made an appointment with HearingLife because it was suggested to me by family & friends!! I was welcomed by a very nice & pleasant receptionist, Suzanne. from there I went into my appt. Dr. Rana explained every step that I was going to go thru. She was thorough & explained everything in an understandable way. My hearing tests produced concern for Dr. Rana so she recommended an Ear,Nose,Throat doctor-who I am seeing tomorrow. I look forward to going back to HearingLife for them to correct my hearing ! I easily recommend HearingLife, Suzanne & especially Dr. Sabina Rana.

Aliza started with info/graph on hearing levels/tones, testing was completed and full review of results and needs. Support staff, Suzanne, quickly gathered info on my insurance and use of my Care Credit account. I was fitted and left with my hearing aids. Aliza offered info, tips, patience with my trials.
