Dr. Aliza is WONDERFUL! She is very professional, patient and caring.She is very responsive to questions and is happy to research any problem or difficulty you might be having to resolve it. She wants your hearing aids to perform to give you the BEST experience!

I went to HearingLife of Jericho not knowing what to expect. I found a great pair of hearing aids matched with great service and care.They gave me a very thorough exam and explanation of the possibilities to improve my hearing compared to my previous hearing aids. They have been in contact with me a number of times subsequent to my purchase to help me adjust to the new aids. I have a follow up appointment in another week to check how things are going and to further adjust the hearing aids, if needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.
