Dr. Wachter was so kind to my cat after a traumatic incident happened. After an emergency vet visit, I had taken Winnie to another vet and they had said to me that he was “extremely aggressive” when he is, in reality, the exact opposite, I knew that there was something not right going on at that facility and I was absolutely never going to go back to them. When I brought him in to see Dr. Wachter, Winnie had not hissed, growled, or shown ANY form of aggression to Dr. Wachter so I knew that other facility was not being kind or gentle to my cat who had just been through a super traumatic event. They are amazing there. When we’re going there, it’s obviously a high stress time, bringing in a beloved pet for some calamity. The staff that greets us is always so kind, and Dr Moira Norris is top notch! I know my babies are in the best of hands while we are there.
