If you already tan, this is an all-around win! Friendly, knowledgable staff, reasonable prices, clean rooms, booths that give an even glow from the first session and...24/7 access when you download the app. So glad I went.
About Zoom Tan
Zoom Tan is a modern tanning salon that offers the latest technology in UV sun and Sunless spray tanning, as well as professional tanning products. Many Zoom Tan locations also provide access to advanced wellness options like red light therapy, making it a one-stop destination for beauty, skin health, and confidence.
Customers praise the salon's awesome customer service and staff, who are described as always being friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. The facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained, with one reviewer noting that Zoom Tan is "always spotless" and "always on top of things."
While the majority of reviews are positive, one customer expressed concerns about the recent price increase, which they felt was a significant jump from the previous rate. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I know Zoom Tans policy about arriving at closing time. However, I feel that staff are not happy about us late tanners that stroll in just before closing. Today, Kiera was working. I was very happy that she was working today. Kiera is a very nice young lady, who always has a smile, and seems genuinely happy to see her customers. She also makes us feel welcome and goes above and beyond to answer any questions. Please let Kiera know that you… read full review

The girls are always to nice when you go in there. My issues are the price increase you decided to do. Been with you since 2104 not at all impressed. Was paying $9.99 and then I get this email stating you’re going up to $39.99. Quite a HUGE jump I would say… I can’t imagine how many people you are going to loose. The state of the world today (economy) and this.. I could see maybe doing a little increase but not 4 times the amount I was paying. I feel sorry for girls that you would even think about putting them in this situation.. How awful of you.. all the explanations upset customers. But I guess it’s all about the money. So I guess because I have to pay this… read full review
