Had to drive 5 hrs home due to a blown hot water tank and water everywhere! Scott was at our house in under two hours (was on another job) and had a new tank installed and house back up and running in less than hour!!! Smooth transaction start to finish! Definitely recommend and very satisfied with price!!!
Scott showed up the day after Xmas and pumped over 6 inches of water out of my basement and installed a new sump pump. His price was very fair. I'll definitely look no farther for a plumber.
Just prior to the recent COVID-19 shutdown, Stone Plumbing had come out to do a couple of small plumbing jobs I needed done. Scott was quick, professional, explained what he was doing and why, and left the job site completely clean, and charged a reasonable fee. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work, which was visibly better than previous plumbing that had been done at my house. At the time, I discussed some possible future projects with Scott, including the most pressing one: the so-called 'high efficiency' boiler for my house was failing, and late winter in Jamestown is no time to be without heat.
