We absolutely adore Doc Rappole and the other vets and staff at Moonbrook. They are the most knowledgeable, caring and compassionate animal lovers EVER! And all around GOOD PEOPLE to boot! Highly recommend! AAA+++!!!

I started coming here in February as I am new to the area and my one kitty was having ear problems. They gave me the soonest appointment date compared to other places I had called in the Jamestown area. When I needed a follow up appointment, they had me in by the next week. Very friendly and compassionate staff. Thank you!!

Super thankful for Moonbrook Vet. I had gotten home from work around 5:30pm, noticed my cat had an issue with his eye. I couldn’t see his eye at all and was freaking out. Luckily Moonbrook vet was open until 7:00pm today and I called them immediately to see if they could help and get us in. They let us come in ASAP looked at my cat and were able to help us! My cat was bitten but another cat and it caused swelling in his eye and an open wound on his head. They also reassured us his eye is still there and it is just super swollen.
