If I could give it less of a star, I would. I don't even know where to start. #1 the employee(idk if u can really call him that)who works there?(dark hair, bigger guy that talks a lot and fast)gives the phone number out while he holds himself out to be a medical transportation driver. He then makes arrangements to pick clients up to take them to their appointments in Buffalo but never comes through. This causes people to miss appointments for more than a week at times and they lose their spot with the previous medical transport company.
