I had three roof drains all backing up at once on one of my buildings. I called a couple of other plumbers first: one showed up, did essentially nothing, and walked off the job; another told me they weren't interested. H. Jack Langer responded the same day to assess the situation.
The next day, they arrived with pump trucks, jetters, and cable/snake machines and spent two days pumping, snaking, and cleaning all three roof drain lines plus the main line behind the building. A serious job that required serious equipment — and they came prepared.
