I have used this company three times now and I am very pleased with their work. My technician was Angelo. Angelo is amazing, professional, kind, and knew exactly what was wrong with my AC and furnace units. Our basement flooded on 5/4, we called HJacks and they came on Monday and had to return on Tuesday to continue work. Bryan and Dwayne were phenomenal!! They had to snake and dig for hours and they didn't give up. Hands down recommended them 10 times over!
They called first thing this morning after us having contacted them last night, and they were able to show up first thing. They did an amazing job with the first issue, and they even came right back when a new leak happened. Twice they were at my place, and each time they did a wonderful job. I have absolutely no complaints and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you, guys, for getting us back our hot water.
