Our main drain in the basement was backed up and caused the main sewer line to flood all over the basement. This caused a great deal of distress and we were expecting to have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to have it fixed.Jeremy answered the phone, came over within 15 minutes and unclogged our main drain all within 45 minutes. He was so reasonably priced that I would not hesitate to call him again.

We had a sudden and complete failure of the sanitary sewer for our summer cottage near Jamestown. Our regular plumber referred us to Discount Drains--told ME to call them and added "good luck!". Jeremy responded promptly and came to the cottage in timely fashion. The obstruction in the line turned out to be some 140 feet from the house and required a good deal of hard work to get past it. The charge was far less than what we expected. This guy is professional and trustworthy. I recommend without reservation.

I had them unplug a kitchen sink for my son. They came on time and did a very good job. Than about 2 weeks later I had a problem in my basement with water backing up. I called them and they came the next day and finished job without much problem. They are fair and communicate well and do good work. I would highly recommend.
