I am a volunteer helping a refugee family resettle in Jamestown. From my first contact, through just yesterday, Stephanie at the Jamestown office has been amazing! Patient through some bumps in getting appointments made, being helpful and efficient in helping the applicants get registered, to quick work on job placement, and taking extra steps in finding transportation for an applicant, she is a true professional and tremendous asset to that office. I couldn’t help but overhear some interactions with other applicants and she was always kind, understanding and helpful in her communication. My experience at career concepts with Stephanie was all around get. She explained everything very detailed and was amazing. Her attitude and personality were awesome I will recommend everyone to career concepts and tell them to ask for Stephanie.

I applied through indeed, got a call the next day and moved me pretty fast and had me set up with an interview in less than a week! I highly recommend career concepts if you are struggling for work. Shout out to Stephanie! She is amazing and she does her job very well! 5 stars :)
