Don just left after making a repair on my roof. I bought the house less than two months ago, and immediately realized that a long-standing leak that had destroyed interior walls surrounding the chimney needed repair. I was braced for contractors telling me I needed a new roof, or that whatever repairs were needed would be costly. Dons initial estimate (from our inspection from the attic) was around $650-$750 (in itself, far less than I had expected). When he and his crew came out today to do the work and accessed the roof, he found that the repairs were less extensive than he had thought. They completed the work quickly and presented me with a bill for $325. I am really impressed with Don’s honesty and integrity. I would have had no way of knowing had he charged me significantly more than the job required. Having had bad experiences in the past with contractors, it’s refreshing to work with someone with integrity like Don. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for roofing or painting services!
