We had some complications with our taxes due to a lot of life changes last year. I knew we were going to owe this year, but the magic number was unknown. I went to Turbotax like I always do and when it was all said and done I owed $9,000 to Fed and $11,000 to the state. Turbotax didn't address all of my concerns though and the first person I talked too was more interested in showing me how easy my problem was to fix than understanding the problem and actually trying to help me.
