They get no stars for me at all, but have to put at least one star to comment. Speedx have no customers service they never really show up to your door or follow deliver instruction. Speedx just get paid for nothing I hate this company it shouldn’t exist. 4 packages I’ve been waiting for about 3 weeks and still haven’t received them disgusting! This Speedx needs to be shut down immediately. Location in queens

My recent experience with SpeedX has been extremely disappointing. My package was scheduled for delivery on September 11th but was delayed due to an address issue. Even after providing the correct information, I made multiple trips to their facility and was repeatedly told to return on different days. Eventually, I was informed that my package had been sent back to New Jersey without ever being given the opportunity to pick it up.
The most concerning part of this experience was the conduct of the facility’s manager, who behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner when I asked for assistance.

Iclive on the 2nd floor there is an elevator they can take to the 2nd floor and place my package in front of my door but you'll are lazy leave it on top of mail boxes so some can steal my package your employees are lazy want money but don't want to work for it now I can't get my stuff or my money back
