No updates on my package for over a month. No way to contact the company other than an AI chatbot. If you've got a package being shipped with SpeedX, just prepare to ask the shipper for a refund now.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVERS WHO STEAL PACKAGES AND SAY NOONE WAS HOME I GOT AN EMAIL FROM SHEIN AT 3 IN THE MORNING POSSIBLE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER PARCEL UNSUCCESSFUL DUE TO NOONE BEING HOME ITS 3 IN THE GOT DAMN MORNING. THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER AND BUILDING ACCESS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

I can see why this company has such a low score. They are I think a lazy company. I get packages all the time and my address never have a problem. If Amazon can deliver there if UPS can deliver at my address and if FedEx can deliver my address, I don’t know why this company is so lazy and give false information. On a Friday at one something in the afternoon they stated they couldn’t deliver because it was an invalid address. Straight liars. Meanwhile, the facility was open from 9 to 5 that day. I’m disgusted with them and I actually feel because of them I’m just gonna tell Temu and Shein give me my money back.
