Been going there for years. She doesn't have you in there all day. My only issue I have with them is every time I get my hair put up in a bun I'd be lucky if it doesn't start unraveling in 3 days. That being said I still go. I just have my daughter do my bun and it stays
I started going here about 5, maybe 6 years ago. Let me share my experience with you. It was a hot summer day. When I walked into this shop, it was so cool inside I have been to so many hair braiding shops. I had one that I loved, but they closed down. So I was searching for a new hair braiding home but I was not satisfied. I would get my hair braided and never go back. Until I went to Sahan African Braiding. The ladies were so nice. I've been holding onto this card for sometime now. My regular beautician ghosted me so I decided to give SAPHB a try. I called three times to make an appt but didn't get through. According to the card they open up at 10am. The last and final call I made I spoke to Awah and asked to make an appt for 11:15am. She was so sweet over the phone and even discussed pricing with me. Although I was running late, I showed up at 11:30am they took me right away. I showed Awah the style I wanted. I brought my own hair but it was too silky for the Senegalese Twist style that I wanted. They sell hair so I was able to purchase two packs of hair. Each braiding hair pack cost $5 each. My medium size Senegalese twist down to my waist cost me $200. I was their only client for about an hour until someone else walked in. Half of my head was completed in an hour. Chioma also helped by braiding the ends of my hair. It only took under two hours for my full head to be done. I'm extremely happy with my hair and it the customer service.
