I hired them to clean dust mites and bird nest from kitchen exhaust vent. The techinician who came had no proper equipment to do the job, came in his station wagon with no ladder. He removed the nest and repaired the aluminum foil liner with tape but didnt attemptto vaccum or replace the damaged liner. Next day, wakeup only to see the mites crawling all over the stove and vent. I called the owner to have the issue resolved but he refused to do because his technician said it's not his problem. Of course not his problem because they got paid in cash. We were told the receipt will be emailed which never came. Now they refuse to answer or pickup their phones.
