Don't come here its one of the most worst laundromat,one time I add value to my card it did not go in then then I call the guy and said I did not add any money and that the system dont lie, therefore I told him check the camera and he saw I add the money so the system did lie.
I live nearby and would come here and had to stop because the lady that works here is so rude and treats people so bad. This laundry is affiliated with the one on lefferts. The owner is nice and is sad that the lady that’s there during the week is not reflection on him. Their machine prices went up and I still would go because it was close by but now I rather drive than endure such a hostile environment.
The laundromat is small so be prepared to be there all day if you go late. It’s better to get there bright and early at 7am. The workers are very nasty & rude and they answer you like you’re stupid. If you’re not Spanish they don’t care to help you or answer your questions . I don’t know how they can treat people like this when all we want to do is go there wash our clothes and leave. They don’t have patience and doesn’t seem to wanna be bothered , only if your Spanish u get all the help. Not happy at all
