Denish the tech sent to my house was wonderful. Instead of just making a quick diagnosis of a clogged vent pipe, he opened the trap and found a clog in the pipes. I believe he went the extra mile to solve my problem. Thank you Denish.
I had a leak and a slow drain. I called Balkan at 7am. They had Max at my house before 9am. He did an amazing job and also gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Would highly recommend.
