The lash tech opened the door about 39 minutes late and didn't even acknowledge when I told her she was late. A lot of lashes fell out that same night and I hadn't washed my face yet. Within a week most of the lashes fell and I didn't use oil based cleansers or oils on my skin. Not worth the price I paid at all.
I've been doing my lashes here for a couple months, I've even recommended people to go here. A little hole in the wall type shop. The eyelash tech is uniquely unprofessional. If the only way to book an appointment is through the website you should make sure the dates and times line up with your service. If you can't finish a set of eyelashes within the time allotted don't let someone book within the next 30 minutes for their appointments. I'm spending my money and time here for your services, just for you to bullshit an excuse that you can't squeeze me in. When my appointment was at 9am, you have another customer come in at 9:30 am, whose fault would that be. Stay on top of your business! You've lost a good customer, but obviously you don't really care about customer retention.
First and foremost the lash work was good and I even booked a second appointment. They lasted about a month. I scheduled my second appointment with a lot of notice. My appointment was for a Saturday at 12:30 pm. I usually go this area to my nails so I had a nail appointment at 9 am which takes about three hours. I got a confirmation text on Friday. On Saturday I get a text at 8 am that my appointment was changed to 11 am out of nowhere. No one reached out to me to confirm that if that time works for me or to apologize for inconvenience.
