The receptionist was really nice and the online check in process was smooth. The PA and medic were ok, not rude but not particularly warm either and I did feel the visit was a little rushed, but overall they listened and helped out so I’m fairly satisfied with it.
My son hurt his big toe and we decided to take him to urgent care when it turned purple. The service was super quick and very professional. I think that from check in to check out (nurse, doctor, and X-ray, with some radiologist going over the results) it took, at most, 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
First time going for myself, was hesitant at the receptionist but they were friendly. I didn't wait at all was taken back to the room immediately. Staff was so pleasant & knowledgeable. They were attentive to the fact I was waiting on x-ray results, was offered a drink or asked if I needed anything more than once. I wasn't just a patient behind a closed door sitting waiting on a doctor. Felt cared for, I mattered even though I'm sure they all had a long day because it was almost closing time. Over all excellent in patient service.
