Steve put us at ease several times during the sale of my parents' home. He was very assuring as he explained the process, what could happen along the way, and his strategy for getting the most out of the sale. From the start, Steve made recommendations about items that were essential to repair, replace or spruce up before putting our house on the market. He created an inspiring outdoor video of the house, property and surrounding area which I'm sure helped to attract several buyers.
