Stephanie is unlike anyone else I have ever seen. Her level of care and knowledge is unmatched. Having a lymphatic condition can be so frustrating so when you can come out of an appointment feeling lighter and more energized it means so much.

I had the pleasure of receiving a lymph drainage massage from Stephanie Gray. This was my first massage that specializes in lymph drainage and having been suffering from post lyme symptoms for years I felt MUCH relief for the first time in a long time. I have been sluggish and coming out from this massage felt so relieving. I felt like a new person. I was singing in the ride home and I don't do that much :). I felt more controlled of my cravings and have much more energy. Stephanie gave me instructions to further my relief when I'm by myself and have been practicing. The lymphatic massage by Stephanie was amazing. She took the time to explain the theory behind it and even taught me how to do some techniques on myself. I felt great after and I do believe it helped alleviate some post surgical swelling.
