I called Roto-Rooter on Monday and they had me scheduled the very next day. Paul and Rich arrived on time, they were polite and courteous. Expained everything to me and gave me up front pricing before getting started. They worked quickly, they were very clean and respectful, they did a good amount of problem-solving work and they made sure I inspected and was happy with the items fixed before presenting the bill. The price was fair and the all the work very well done. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Paul and Rich again.

Roto-rooter is our go to plumber. Today we had them install a dishwasher but they’ve also done toilet and shower repairs for us. They are prompt, helpful, upfront about costs, and very responsive. Will continue to use their services!

Really appreciated having Kyle and Kyle work on my home's water system over the past few days. Early Monday morning, the pressure tank ruptured. Kyle was able to come out that same afternoon to assess the situation. I received a detailed quote by email just a few hours later, which I accepted.
Both Kyles arrived Tuesday morning and got right to work, removing and replacing the pressure tank with a new Gould's pressure tank, pressure switch, and other components.
