Great team! Very responsive and professional. Lesa is wonderful. The calls/ ext with her have been very helpful. Lesa inspires trust and confidence with the entire team. So when I made the call, Lesa understands that I am unhappy, so many items randomly going wrong in the house, Lesa makes me feel that she has a team of professionals that can take care of all these. Lesa helps me understand what the professionals were doing to help resolve these. I called for help and it was Lesa that took my initial call for help, later her colleague Lauren also helped me out. They are wonderful. I am very happy with the help from Lesa and her colleagues.
