For two years of my time at Ithaca College, I lived in a Perfect Heritage house and had a great experience. The house I rented was very nice and in a safe area, for a very competitive price-- considering Ithaca costs. Everybody at the office is very kind and responsive when it comes to calls and emails. The maintenance team was also very responsive and always courteous when coming to the house to make repairs.

I lived in Heritage rentals for about 4 years through undergrad and grad school and absolutely loved it! The houses I lived in were both very nice, and in a good location. Maintenance was always very responsive, and someone would show up within a few hours or next morning at the very latest. Ken was always great to talk to in the office, and did a great job coordinating between us and the Heritage team. There was occasionally some delay in communication for paperwork, but would always get worked out eventually. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Not sure re other reviews, but my experience was that they were helpful, respectful and prompt. Ken was the person I dealt with and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. They were willing to fit me in and even deal with last minute job. Their price was fair for the work and timing that I needed. To be honest, many of the local painters were not at all responsive on a small job at all nor did many of the local companies have good follow through. I really appreciated their quick response, responsibility and follow through.
