I am just naturally very skeptical of chiropractors overall. However, I have had a very positive experience with this practice and Ms. Van Loon.

I came in with severe neck pain and it improved immediately after seeing her and dramatically so by the next day.

I would recommend this practice to anyone from the area dealing with neck or back pain, even those who might be skeptical of chiropractic treatment.

We saw Dr. Van Loon when we lived in Ithaca. My husband says no matter where we moved to, no chiropractor could top him. We moved away in 2005 and wish he would move to Florida where we now live. We especially enjoyed the post-adjustment massage we got from Mary Lamb(?). Is she still there? Regards to all. Patricia and John Janovsky

I had sciatica issues as a high school senior and none of the local area chiropractors could do anything about it, even with fancy devices etc. Luckily one of my friends recommended Dr. Gerrit van Loon. Within 4-5 visits my sciatica issues had been reduced to a minor pain, and he gave me stretches to do outside of his office which eventually resolved the issue for good. There is a decent waiting time from when you call for your first appointment, after that you can make appointments easily.
