All the staff are approachable and welcoming, even though I’m new to the clinic and transferred from the Syracuse location because it’s closer to my area. The clinic is clean, and I had a great experience overall.

Milan Laser is great and always feels like a luxury experience. The waiting room and bathrooms are very clean and fully stocked with any supplies you might need before your appointment. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful and don’t pressure you to do anything extra. 5/5 would recommend Milan Laser!

The ladies at Milan Laser Ithaca were absolutely amazing! This was the fastest and least painful laser service I’ve ever had. They made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and easy from start to finish. On top of that, they helped me add another service with incredible savings. Highly recommend this team if you’re considering laser hair removal!
