Kate is fabulous! I am suffering from a tear in my rotator cuff and some neck issues. Kate customized my massage based on my injuries. She was professional, responsive and nurturing. I can’t recommend her enough. She is not the cookie cutter massage therapist that you get at other places. She is a healer.

I recommend Gabriel with no reservations. He is highly talented and trained, professional, skilled, experienced, and ethical. He brings genuine interest and curiosity to the table (I guess that IS a pun) in helping you inhabit your body with more ease and comfort. I stumbled on Gabriel by accident seven years ago when I scheduled a medical massage appointment at Rasa Spa to help with tightness and pain in a shoulder during rehabbing/physical therapy from a sports injury, specifically a grade 2 AC separation (torn ligaments in the acromioclavicular joint). After one massage with Gabriel I was able to run pain-free! The massage was focused on my sciatic nerve, and Gabriel was very professional and followed up afterward. Highly recommended!
