John is the best! He always does a great job for a fair price. I’ve brought him several things to cut, and he always returns them exactly as I wanted. He’s very kind and friendly — I highly recommend him!

Had a problem with my jacket’s zippers. He was spot on with the issue, quoted me a very fair price - did the job within a day. Gave me good advice to avoid messing it up again and then also gave me a discount. I am kinda happy I messed up my jacket’s zippers and received such nice service !

The zipper wouldn't unzip on my fancy wool sweatshirt and John kindly took on the job. He replace one of the double zippers without having to take out the entire length of it and made it look like it was meant to be that way. I also had a tight turnaround timeline and he graciously helped me within that framework. Incredible professional. Don't hesitate to let your beloved clothes be taken care of by this man.Update: After about 2 weeks the zipper got stuck again and never unzipped. The sweatshirt is once again unusable--too bad.Service: Clothing repairs
