Took a guitar in that had buzzing on the first two strings. I expected it needed a truss bar adjustment. However a fret I had replaced (some where else) had come unglued and was lifted slightly. They found the problem quickly and did not try to sell me any unnecessary adjustments. Very helpful and friendly staff...so much so I walked out with a new guitar after they gave me a great trade-in for my 20 yr old guitar. Very good selection for a small store. If you're looking to buy a guitar, be sure to stop by.

Yesterday was my first experience with Ithaca Guitar Works and I couldn’t be happier. I went in to look at a particular guitar and the staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered there was no pressure to buy. I left with my new Eastman and was given a very fair trade. I will be back for sure!

I will never be able to say enough good things about this store. Ash… he’s amazing. The deals are great. Customer service and repairs are TOP NOTCH. Quality of the gear and just that “you’re welcome here” feel. I love this place
