E nails is under new ownership and there manager Michelle was amazing and did such an awesome job on my nailsss …… they are so amazing!!!! Second photo is this last time and still just as amazing!!!
Came in for a pedicure and gel manicure on Monday. My nail technician (Mia, I believe?) was meticulous and my nails looked amazing.
Unfortunately I had chosen a chrome topper that was new and they hadn’t had the chance to test out much yet, and it started to chip away after a day. Went back in Wednesday and explained to the owner and Mia and they immediately gave me a completely new gel manicure free of charge. I even tried to suggest they could do a gel manicure without chrome and my nail tech argued I wouldn’t get the full value I had paid for originally. Super sweet and honest people
