Christopher is a gifted massage therapist who is incredibly skilled in prenatal massage. I got massages from him during both of my pregnancies. He provided me with one of the most profound experiences with body work I've ever had! I went to see him when I was 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and feeling incredibly depleted and exhausted. 90 minutes later, I was restored, rejuvenated, and felt mentally and physically prepared for birth. Going to Guided Touch Massage was such great experience; Chris was very helpful with explaining everything he was doing and making it as comfortable a visit as possible. I went for a deep tissue massage due to an injury and he gave me recommendations on what I could do at home to help with the healing process. I enjoyed our conversations and look forward to scheduling another appointment with Chris.
