I am a patient at the Cortland office. I just want to say I appreciate this team so much.. from the moment you come through the door everyone is super kind and they give the best service. I see Theresa Heller who is a great PA and very knowledgeable and caring. I also appreciate the support of the guy in the front desk( i forgot his name, he understands though lol) i have a physical disability and going places in bad weather is hard for me and he is very compassionate and looks out for me and offers assistance as i need it. I also have had a great experience with the other lady with the $2 coffee sign (sorry names arent my thing i am terrible with them) she is very sweet and friendly. This office is great and the staff are amazing. I appreciate you all and thank you for giving me such good care.
Such a beautiful new facility. The staff is so caring! Doctor & PAs are so knowledgeable. Little to no wait time. Can’t say enough great things!
