I have been a patient of Patti Jacobson since I moved to Ithaca to do my PhD at Cornell in 2010. As a grad student I do too much sitting, which has affected my back. Every time I get a treatment at Court Street Chiropractic, I feel immediate relief of tension and pain. Getting treatments at regular intervals makes a huge difference in my quality of life. I have found making appointments easy and reception staff kind and friendly. Patti is a fantastic practitioner and a rare person. I could not recommend her and Court Street Chiropractic enough.

Dr. Patti Jacobson is great. She was my first experience with a chiropractor and I was very apprehensive. Now I am a believer. My first problem was Sciatica. She worked on me for a month and a half and her treatment did the trick. A year later I had shoulder and bicep weakness and after 2 treatments she recognized that it was a nerve problem and referred me to sports medicine which I was thankful for. Then this year, same time of year, lower back. 3 treatments did the job. I highly recommend Patti. She is the best. Caring and very comprehensive.
