I gave the approval to go ahead, parts were ordered, and it was returned to me in good order a day earlier than expected. Took in a gaming PC that wasn’t working, got it back a week later and it works better than ever, after some wild troubleshooting on their part (I was helpless). Clear communication all the way (they explained the issues as they found them), price was completely reasonable for parts and service. Very satisfied!

A friend told me about them and how they did a great job. Thought I had lost my motherboard or power supply from a thunderstorm. It was my cmos battery. They also found an issue with my cpu cooler and fixed that. Took it in on Friday and had it back Monday afternoon!
