I love my haircut, it's exactly what I asked for. Kim was not only a whiz with scissors but also such a kind person with great energy. I learned and laughed so much in the hour I spent with her. Biz loves cutting hair and it shows. She takes the time to understand what you want and to reconcile that with what will work with your hair. (She's also a really great conversationalist.) I've always kind of dreaded dealing with my hair, but I'm actually starting to enjoy it now, thanks to her.
