I have been at Cayuga Landscape several times this summer to purchase plants and consult about plating projects at my house (note: I have not hired Cayuga Landscape to do any labor, only commenting on purchasing plants from them). Everyone I've interacted with there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've been to other garden centers in the area that may have slightly lower pricing, but their customer service is far below Cayuga Landscape. They gave me great suggestions of what to plant, how to care for it, and how to transport them to my house without damage. This was the best possible place to get native plants for any conditions, they had every plant I was looking for and every single person who works there is lovely and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought a tree here and the staff were very helpful in loading it up for me and wrapping it to protect it from the wind, as well as telling me how to plant and care for it so it would grow well in my yard. They told me their plants are grown locally so they have a better chance of doing well in this area (rather than being imported from other facilities around the country)
