August Moon Spa is such a relaxing experience - between the sauna/steam rooms, the tranquility (waiting) rooms, the robes, and the atmosphere; and the staff are all so friendly and calming! I had a facial with Jaylene, and she is so professional! She is so calming and knowledgeable, she helped me pick out a couple different products to use that would help my skin! Her hands are soft on the face, not too much pressure, but effective. You can tell she really cares about her client’s experience. And the massage techniques are unmatched! I recommend Jaylene to anyone who wants a facial at August Moon Spa!

I had Jaylene today for a facial and she was just wonderful! Her touch, speed, massage technique, etc were all exceptional. I’m a spa enthusiast and licensed esthetician myself of over 10 years and I was very impressed by her level of thoughtfulness and care. Her hands were soft and delicate, nails trimmed to the point where I couldn’t feel them at all. She was knowledgeable on the product lines, considerate to ask about her pressure, warmth of the bed, and quiet moving around the room. It's always a great experience! We had a couples massage with hot stones (90 minutes), which was fantastic. Everything is clean, tidy, and professional. It's the best place in Ithaca to get a massage.
