We hired Paul Evans Catering for a bachelorette party in the Hamptons. Randy helped plan the event and organize everything. They were responsive and on point with all planning needs. We chose a clambake. We got the lobsters, ribs, clams, chicken, corn bread and all the sides. The food was out of this world. Rich was the chef and he did an outstanding job. He was diligent, clean and had everything served in a timely fashion. We will definitely be using Paul Evans again, and definitely asking for Rich. Hire them for your next party, you won’t be disappointed.

I was referred to this catering company by my close friend and accountant who had a mutual client that raved about their service and food. After looking over their Instagram page @paulevanscatering and their straight forward pricing menu, I knew this was the perfect place to get the food for my baby shower. They had such great selections for food from around the world and executed so well. Some honorable mentions: mini lobster rolls, black peppered steak skewers, peking duck wraps, and much more. Absolutely amazing experience with Paul Evans! I hired them for my boyfriend's surprise 30th birthday party in Fire Island. Anyone who knows Fire Island knows it isn't the easiest process getting there from the Bayshore Ferry especially with parking and everything, let alone having to transport enough food and supplies for a 35 person party...let me tell you they did not disappoint! They were on time, had plenty of time to prep, and all of my guests LOVED the food.
