This past Saturday evening (4/18/26) we celebrated my husband’s 70th BD with a catered house party. We had 34 guests.
We used Paul Evans Catering and what an amazing experience we had! We decided to host a cocktail and hors d’oeuvre party.
All we could say is WOW! The dinner included many stations with pass around hors d’oeuvres. In addition we had a carving station with beef/salmon and dinner rolls.
Dessert was divine with mini mousse cups, cookies, brownies and fruit kebobs.

From start to finish, my experience with this caterer was immaculate. Randy was very thorough in providing me a quote and details on my inquiry. My theme was a tea party for Galentines day and the menu was so detailed and delicious. My guests were very impressed with the quality of the food and the presentation. Everything was perfectly prepared and every detail was very well planned. Even the delivery was perfectly on time and so accommodating. Thank you Randy and your staff for making my event a success.
