Then they settle you into a comfortable deep reclining lounge chair with headphones playing relaxing music and a lavender-scented eye pillow mask.

The main event was the massage of my calves and feet, where the masseuse excelled at targeting all the lymphatic and pressure points, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The staff is friendly, zero wait time with my appointment and the spa, while not a fancy overpriced spa it is very clean and well-maintained.
