I had my 1st appointment with Debra Bernstein on Wed., 4.30.25. It was a much nicer experience when compared to my appointment with a larger Optometrist's office. She takes her time, testing both eyes with her equipment. She is on the list of Optometrists that is put out by the NYS DMV, which is great as she can send test results directly there for the next license renewal. She has a large selection of frames for dark glasses as well as reading. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new optometrist.

I had a great experience here!Dr Bernstein and her assistant are friendly and professional. She was able to get me into contacts for the first time (she was so patient as she showed me how to use them) and then helped me pick out a great pair of frames I can't wait to pick up and wear. I literally used to go to a new optometrist every time I needed a new prescription but Dr Bernstein is definitely my optometrist now.Fyi make sure you make an appt, and know that they're generally pretty booked.

I don't usually post reviews but Squint's overall service is outstanding. I had heard good things from Dobbs Ferry residents but then my insurer, VSP, pointed me to Squint so we tried them. My daughter and wife both picked up 2 things that they were very happy with including the quality of the lenses and frames. The selection is great too. With insurance my daughter's prescription Ray Bans were very inexpensive.
For me, I had to replace two progressive frames. Regular and sunglasses. For eyeglasses, I had to replace NIKE progressives that I was really attached to. The first thing I looked at were MODO frames. I liked them right away... read full review
