I've been going to The Pooch Parlor for years with my dog. Love the owner, and the quality of work. Good experience for my dog, he actually is happy to see Alley (the owner) when he arrives. Highly recommend!

they did not do anything I asked. I was supposed to get a trim. a wash. and nails cut for my shitzu. I told the groomer 2-3 times do not cut her hair because I like it Ling. when I arrived to pick her up my dog was shaved bald.her long hair gone. all the groomer could say was "I know that's not what you wanted " my Ling haired dog not looks lterrible. it's uneven blotchy , there was never a bath. no nails cut. I would.not.reccomwmd then
they were not sensitive to my situation
I had to call the vet 2x because my dog is in shock again do not use

I took my boy for his first cut at 8mths..I was so happy with the results me being a new dog mom I was a bit worried but the groomer was understanding and kept me informed via text as to how my little dude was doing
