they did not do anything I asked. I was supposed to get a trim. a wash. and nails cut for my shitzu. I told the groomer 2-3 times do not cut her hair because I like it Ling. when I arrived to pick her up my dog was shaved bald.her long hair gone. all the groomer could say was "I know that's not what you wanted " my Ling haired dog not looks lterrible. it's uneven blotchy , there was never a bath. no nails cut. I would.not.reccomwmd then they were not sensitive to my situation I had to call the vet 2x because my dog is in shock again do not use

Ali was the only person who would groom my Dakota when everyone else refused to do so (due to biting). She was a life saver. I was at a loss. She is such a big part of our lives. ❤️
