“As a first time client of the Q I was very impressed by the way I was greeted. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. The facilities are beautiful and clean. My tech was very good at explaining all that was being done and explaining the length of time it takes to complete the procedure and the after care as well. The supervisor who over sees my tech was excellent at giving instructions and feedback to my tech in a professional way and my tech as having those teaching moments was very receptive of her help and guidance and I as the client I felt very confident and comfortable during my procedure that my tech knew what she was doing and would ask questions along the way and I thought that was excellent and she wasn’t afraid to ask anything as that’s how people get to do their jobs proficiently. Ema ALWAYS listens to what I want and works with me to make me feel my best. She is friendly and knows her stuff! I can't think of going to anyone else!

Update 3/28:Ema isn't just our stylist anymore. She's a friend. I love how she remembers things that are going on in our lives and that we have a real rapport. I love that she pushes my daughter to try new things and allows me experiment but always giving me her expert opinion.
