I've been going to Level Up's kickboxing class for adults for almost two years now. I love it! Each class feels different, and the instructors are so knowledgeable and sweet. The other folks in the class are friendly and welcoming as well. It's a good class for beginners and for those who have been kickboxing for a while. You can take it easy or push yourself, and I always come home with a new set of sore muscles. I highly recommend joining the class if you're looking for a fun workout routine.

I love the kickboxing classes! The instructors are all so up beat and positive, which really helps keep the energy up during class. The classes are great, full body workouts, without needing to use any fancy equipment. Believe me you will sweat your face off!

My daughter absolutely loves coming to class and she’s not easy to convince! Even after a schedule change and some difficulties on my end, Sensei Mike has been supportive and accommodating all the way! It is a true joy to be part of the Level Up family! Thank you so much!
