Strong background in biology, including feeding and mating habits, which inform his decisions about how best to handle pest problems. He and his team are friendly, prompt, and extremely effective. I've seen him identify pests just by looking at the droppings or other evidence, and he knows all sorts of details about what to watch out for. Very thorough, safety minded, including considering that of children, elderly people and pets in the home. Pat and his team have a strong stomach for dealing with yucky or scary pests. I have used this business repeatedly for many years, and I could not think more highly of them.
