We had a septic issue and needed someone quick, BJ himself came out and got us back working in no time. Also spent some time with my husband showing him items and setting up ways to may things run better. Thanks!
We had a drainage problem, I had not worked with BJQueen before but had heard good things. I called, left a message, rec'd a call back within minutes. Set up a service call they team was on time, very personable and had us back on line within a couple hours. Great service and communication is a lost art these days. Thank for everything!
Recently on a Saturday I awoke to a cold home only to discover that my boiler was not working. I called BJ Queen early and they were there within an hour and a short time later everything was repaired. Nice that they had the parts and the expertise, Highly recommend
