We picked Elkin Tree service as Kevin has been in business almost 20 yearsand has been around tree work all his life. This was important to us.Tree work is one of the most dangerous jobs. Google it, and be thankful wehave these brave guys to help us.He responded quickly to our call and showed up for our estimate on time. We had multiple trees in question, including two huge pines, surrounded by wiresand our house. He looked them over, went over in detail how he would proceed, and gave us a timeframe as to when he would be able to do our trees. The estimate and a copy of his insurance was emailed directly He got us in early and did and incredible job. His attention to detail, consideration of trees in the surrounding area and clean up were superior to anything we have ever seen. We feel the price was more than fair for a professional tree rodeo. Always be sure to ask to see insurance papers. It's easy for anyone to say they have it. If they have paid the obscene costs for the gouging insurance companies, they will be happy to produce coverage papers. Kevin and his crew will be doing more work for us in the spring.
