It's a full experience vs. a one off treatment. I loved the modalities that were used in addition to accupuncture like microcurrents and cupping. And everyone I've encountered this is so nurturing! It was my second appointment and after the first appointment I already saw a huge reduction in my pain

This place is amazing and we are so lucky to have them in Hyde Park!!!!! I started getting acupuncture here about 6 weeks ago for knee pain and tech neck/upper back issues. I’ve had 4 appointments with Stephanie now and not only is my knee pain basically gone (they still make crackling sounds lol but at least no pain!) I’m a pretty serious athlete (I play for 2 local roller derby teams as well as the NY State All Star exhibition team) and not only has my pain gotten much more manageable (if at all) — the treatments are actually making me a better athlete and even having a positive effect on my mood and energy levels! From the moment you walk into Pellegrino Healing Center, you are enveloped in a warm and welcoming space. Christine helps your muscles and your mind relax to a level you didn’t even know. I highly recommend a visit to Pellegrino’s!!
